India- Nagpur : SAP partner Adroit Infotech, announced the successful go-live with SAP S/4HANA solution for VICCO Laboratories, the pioneer of promoting Ayurveda.

VICCO Laboratories, operating in a highly demanding market providing Ayurvedic products, faced challenges in goods tracking among the business units, manual tracking of serial numbers and managing of promotions and schemes, manual pricing, stocking and serviceability, AR, cash discounts, cash flow, credit management and controls. The company was looking for an efficient IT/ERP system to combat the operational challenges. After evaluating many solutions and vendors, VICCO Laboratories selected SAP S/4 HANA as the solution and Adroit Infotech as the implementation partner.

The solution covers implementation of best practices to facilitate seamless collaboration between production and purchasing through MRP cockpit, visibility of real-time shop floor inventories to enable sales commitment & deliveries. It includes usage of sales historical data for predictive analysis. It also includes consistent and reliable business insights across all financial elements such as FI period closing cycles, communication with banks, statutory and legal compliance related to rules and regulation. Ardroit Infotech ensured that the solution is comprehensive and meet industry standards.
